At VibeCEO, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and subscription management.
We encourage all users to take advantage of our 7-day free trial to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Free Trial Period
2.1 Trial Terms
- Duration: 7 days from account creation
- Access: Unlimited messages during trial
- No Credit Card: No payment information required to start trial
- No Auto-Charge: Trial does not automatically convert to paid subscription
2.2 Post-Trial
After the trial ends, you must manually select and subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to upgrade.
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Account Settings: Go to Settings, then Subscription, then Cancel Subscription
- Stripe Billing Portal: Manage your subscription directly through Stripe
- Contact Form: Use the contact form at the bottom of this page to request cancellation
3.2 Cancellation Effects
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to all features until the subscription expires
- No further charges will be applied
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
3.3 No Cancellation Fees
We do not charge any fees for cancelling your subscription. You may cancel at any time without penalty.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Standard Refund Terms
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers:
- If you're unsatisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge, we'll provide a full refund
- Request must be made within 7 days of the initial charge
- Applies only to the first billing cycle of new subscriptions
- Does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades
4.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Select "Refund Policy" as the inquiry type
- Include your account email and reason for refund in the message
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
4.3 Refund Exclusions
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Renewals: Subscription renewals beyond the first month
- Partial Months: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods
- Expired Period: Requests made after the 7-day money-back period
- Terms Violation: Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service
- Promotional Discounts: Special pricing or lifetime deals (separate terms apply)
5. Subscription Changes
5.1 Plan Upgrades
You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time:
- Prorated credit applied for unused portion of current plan
- New tier features activate immediately
- Next billing cycle charges at the new rate
5.2 Plan Downgrades
You can downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- Change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refund for the difference in price
- You retain current tier benefits until the period ends
6. Billing and Payment Issues
6.1 Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
- We'll attempt to charge your card again within 3 days
- You'll receive an email notification of the failed payment
- After 7 days of failed attempts, your subscription will be cancelled
- Your account will revert to the free tier
6.2 Disputed Charges
If you see an unexpected charge:
- Contact us immediately using the form at the bottom of this page before filing a chargeback
- Most billing issues are resolved quickly through direct communication
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution
7. Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your account:
- Cancel your subscription first (if active)
- Use the contact form at the bottom of this page to request account deletion
- We'll delete your personal data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
Note: Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
8. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Special promotional offers (e.g., Product Hunt launches, seasonal sales) may have different refund terms:
- Lifetime deals are generally non-refundable after 14 days
- Promotional pricing refunds are issued at the discounted rate paid
- Specific terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
9. Exceptional Circumstances
We may provide refunds outside of standard terms in cases such as:
- Service outages lasting more than 48 hours
- Critical bugs preventing core functionality
- Technical issues on our end
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
