VibeCEO provides an AI-powered CEO advisory platform that delivers personalized business advice based on insights from world-class business leaders.

2. Description of Service

VibeCEO is a subscription-based service that provides:

• AI-powered business advisory services
• Access to curated CEO wisdom and insights
• Interactive chat-based consultation interface
• Document management and knowledge base access

3. User Account

To access our Service, you must create an account by providing:

• Valid email address
• Secure password
• Accurate personal information (name, company details)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with unlimited messages. No credit card required for trial signup.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Starter Plan: $29/month - Limited messages per month
• Professional Plan: $49/month - 500 messages per month
• Business Plan: $99/month - 2,000 messages per month
• Enterprise Plan: $199/month - Unlimited messages (first month 20% off)

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for your subscription fees.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of our Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VibeCEO (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software) are owned by VibeCEO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process it solely for providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

VibeCEO uses artificial intelligence to generate business advice based on curated CEO insights. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated advice should not be considered professional legal, financial, or business consulting
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any advice provided
• You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information from our Service
• We recommend consulting with qualified professionals for critical business decisions

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to your past use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBECEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
